Lois "Nanny" Mauldin's Obituary
Mauldin, Lois “Nanny” Born March 20, 1930 in Era, Texas, gracefully passed away in her home on June 27, 2013 in Garland, Texas. Lois “Nanny” was united in Marriage with Troy “Papa” Mauldin on September 4, 1948 in Gainesville, Texas. He proceeded her in death on April 9, 1998. They were married 49 blissful years. Lois “Nanny” enjoyed traveling the world, playing golf, baking, gardening and most of all being a Mother, Grandmother, and Great Grandmother. Her family was her world and her unconditional love for each will always be remembered. She is survived by daughters, Sharon, Marsha, Connie and husband, David, Kimberly and husband, Mike; grandchildren, Andy and wife, Suzanne, Deanna and husband, Brad, Harmony and husband, Julio, Krystal and Michael; great-grandchildren, Drew, Sydney, Wes, Harrison and Callie; brothers, James and wife, Hanna and Jerry. In addition to her husband, she was proceeded in death by her four sister. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at 3:00 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. In Lieu of flowers may be made to SPCA Dallas.
