Lois Fay Rhein Beverley's Obituary
Lois Fay Rhein Beverley of Irving, Texas was born August 14, 1937 and died Wednesday, April 6, 2016. She was a native of Stuttgart, Arkansas. Lois was preceded in death by her husband, William Robert Beverley; mother, Bertie Rhein; father, Ralph Rhein; and brother, Joe E. Rhein. She is survived by daughter, Sherie Salas-Lamack of Mansfield, Texas; son, William Robert Beverley, Jr. of Wylie, Texas; three grandchildren, Timothy Koger, Shawn Koger and Ashley Larson; six great-grandchildren, Collin Koger, Brooklyn Koger, Emma Jane Koger, Raiden Larson, Lars Larson and Reed Larson; sisters, Shirley Higgerson of Stuttgart, Oregon, Joyce Barthelemy of Dallas, Texas; brother, Charles Fred Rhein of Sherwood Arkansas; and many nieces and nephews. Lois graduated from Stuttgart High School in Stuttgart, Arkansas. She went to Airline School in Kansas City and upon completion was employed by Braniff Airlines in Dallas, Texas prior to becoming wife and mother. After children were grown she reentered the workforce as an Administrative Assistant at UT Southwestern Medical School until her retirement on August 28, 1997. She enjoyed hobby crafting and digital embroidery. Family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Friday, April 8, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service for Lois will take place at 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
