Lois D. Shelton's Obituary
SHELTON-VANDERSLICE, LOIS D. of Bedford passed away July 7, 2010, peacefully at home after a brief struggle with lung cancer. She was born on April 27, 1921 in Carmen, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband, Winfred G. Vanderslice, Sr.; parents, Charles B. Keffer and Laura Cantrell; brother, Chuck Keffer and sister, Dorothy Moch. She is survived by her loving son, Winfred G. Vanderslice, Jr. and wife Janet; grandchildren, Wendy Cook and husband Wade, Tracy Ticknor and husband Michael; great-grandchildren, Quincy and Kade Cook, Tanner and Tatum Ticknor; nieces, Linda Young and husband Ron and Jeannie Hurst and husband Keith; numerous other relatives and a host of friends. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., July 9, 2010 at Restland Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home.
