When I was 8 years old, Aunt Lona and mother corroborated together to present me with one of my most memorable Christmas gifts ever. It was a baby doll with many outfits, hats and shoes which they had sewn for her. I adored that collection, and played with it often. Aunt Lona was the first person to serve me lobster, which she liked, although her first experience with dungeness crab would have belied that. When I was recovering from surgery and barely able to move, she gifted me some books on tape, the stories on which I loved. I marveled at the simple beauty and grace depicted in the books, and thought how they revealed aunt Lona's sincere and noble character. It was always a pleasure to giggle with her and share notable life moments. I shall miss aunt Lona very much. Robyne
