Lora Beach's Obituary
Lora Mae Goodman Beach born November 28,1933 in Cherokee, Alabama to father Ameil L. Goodman and mother Eddith Stanford Goodman. Lora moved to Savannah, Tennessee and lived there from 1935 to 1941. She graduated from High School in Pine Bluff, Arkansas in 1951 and moved to Dallas area in 1953 where she raised her three children. She is survived by sons Christopher Ames Beach and Timothy Allen Beach, daughter Nancy Diane Beach “Tindell” and granddaughter Jamie Beach and grandson David Beach. Lora was a member of Casa View Baptist Church since 1963. Lora was a life time member of the ESA sorority, Delta Kappa Chapter: she was also active in Mesquite Garden Club, worked for a number of years with the Girl Scouts and helped organize the Beach Nut Bowling League in Mesquite. She was employed for 32 years with Old American Insurance Company of Dallas, Texas.
