Lou Orr's Obituary
Lou Orr was called to be with the Lord on March 1, 2018 at age 86. Born and raised in Dallas, Lou was a graduate of Highland Park High School and studied music at SMU and NTSU. She worked for many years at Preston State Bank and retired from Texas Rehabilitation Commission where she enjoyed helping others get their education and start a career.She is predeceased by her parents Gilbert and Sally Perry, brother Joe Perry and children Katherine and Fred Orr.She is survived by her daughter Kathleen Laird, son-in-law Jim Laird, daughter-in-law Ana Orr and grandchildren James Laird and Arianne Louisse Orr.Service is Tuesday March 6 at Faith Lutheran Church 1701 E. Park Blvd. Plano, TX 75074. Viewing and visitation between 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Service begins at 10:30 a.m. Lunch and burial at Restland following service.
