Louis Edwin Dietz's Obituary
Louis Edwin Dietz passed away on March 16, 2018 in Dallas. Private services will be held at a later date. Louis was born August 30, 1943 in Waco, Texas to Jesse Cleveland Dietz and Mary Elizabeth Loughridge Dietz. Louis graduated from the Birdville High School, of Ft. Worth in 1961, the University of Texas with a Bachelors degree and the University of North Texas with a Masters of Business Administration. He was a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy having served in Navy Intelligence, Navy Supply Corps and in Vietnam. Louis was preceded in death by his parents Jesse Cleveland and Mary Elizabeth Dietz. He is survived by sisters, Jennie Lee Dietz, Mary Jane Dietz and husband Ron Nelson; Nieces: Stephanie Baker and husband Jeremy Patton, Joanna Nelson Cheung and Heather Nelson, Nephews: Anthony Brown and wife Katherine, Jesse Brown and wife Cindy, Great nephews: Robin, Charlie and Jackson, Great Nieces, Zoe and Cami and numerous Cousins.In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Community Hospice of Texas or to Vitas Healthcare – Hospice. Services will be under the direction of the Restland Funeral Home, Dallas, TX.
