Age 87, passed away September 27, 2009 in Frisco, TX. Survived by daughter, Joyce Ownbey; granddaughter Michelle and great granddaughter Alexandra Watkins; niece, Shirley Spruiell and nephew, John Mathews. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 until 3:00 pm, Wednesday, September 30, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home, with a service in Louise’s honor at 3:00 pm, Thursday, October 1, 2009 in Restland’s Wildwood Chapel. Interment will follow in Restland Memorial Park, Garden of Valley View.
