Louise Tipton's Obituary
TIPTON, LOUISE age 81, of Garland, Texas passed away peacefully on March 2, 2013 at Atria of Richardson. She was born on January 27, 1932 in Ladonia, Texas to her parents, Henry and Bennie. Johnnie was the youngest of 3. She married Charles in Dallas, Texas in December of 1968. She attended Commerce High and was a majorette. She was a longtime resident of Garland, Texas for 40 years and employed by E Systems as a Executive Secretary for 15 years. She enjoyed her children, grandchildren, gardening, art, travelling, and her dogs. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles Tipton; stepson, Paul Tipton; brother, Eugene Marcum; and niece, Pamela Marcum. Louise will be remembered by her children, Bonnie and Bob Vines, Roger and Jacci Tipton, Rebecca Johnson, Lee Tipton and Kelly Coutee, and Terry Barnett and Aimee Page; grandchildren, Ben Kent, Vanessa Johnson, Shane Tipton, Zachary Barnett, Jessica Page, Lauren Hooper, Tim Vines, Tyler Tipton; and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM, Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, March 8, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Donations may be made in honor of Louise to The Alzheimer’s Association, 4144 N. Central Expressway, Suite 750, Dallas, TX 75204.
