Louise Williams' Obituary
WILLIAMS, LOUISE, known to family and friends as “Mimi,” was born on Aug. 9, 1924, and died on Oct. 30, 2013. An Oklahoma native, she was raised in North Texas and lived most of her life in Dallas. Louise married John Williams on Sept. 18, 1959, and they later had two children. “Mimi” was beloved as a mother, grandmother, friend and co-worker, and as a caregiver to an extended family. She worked as an office manager and receptionist at The Dallas Morning News before and after she raised her family. Louise was preceded in death by John, her husband of 47 years, and is survived by Sandy and Walt Stallings; John and Julie Williams; Katie, Coleman and Charlie Medina; Meg Stallings, and Brian Lackey. Services will be at 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, in the at Restland Abbey Chapel, 13005 Greenville Ave. Dallas, TX 75243.
