Dallas, TX- Cline, Lowanta 84, was born on August 27 to parents K. B. Hedrick and Clara Mae Rodgers, 1933, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She passed away on March 16, 2018 in Denton, Texas. She has survived three sons, Ricky Cline, Steve Cline and Albert Cline; daughter, Vickie Cline, and granddaughter, Tina. Service for Lowanta will be held on Monday, March 19, 2018, at 12:30 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home . She will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew and loved her. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
