Lowell Ray Benson of Plano, TX passed away peacefully on December 15, 2011. Born on September 28, 1938 in Sweetwater, Texas to Ben & Edna Benson, Lowell was preceded in death by his parents and twin brothers, Harold & Carold Benson. He is survived by his children Brent & Robin Benson and Derek & Terry Benson; step-children Sammy & Michelle Hoelscher and James & Emily Robinson; and extended family and friends. Memorial services will be held Monday, December 19, 2011 at Restland Funeral Home, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX at 3:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
