My childhood was fun growing up with my brother. All his science experiments, finding him walking upside down on the ceiling in his room to check out his spelunking petons and ropes or finding bats in the refrigerator. One time he blew up a commercial weather balloon in his apartment and put blinking lights in it. From the window outside it looked like something from a sci-if movie. He got such a kick out of it, just laughing at the reactions people would have seeing it from outside. He was the most unique person & loved life. I will miss him so very much.
I didn't know Mr. Lowell personally but he worked alongside my Mom. She had and still have nothing but great positive things to say about him. She talked about him so much that I felt like I knew him. So, to say my heart was broken upon hearing the news is an understatement. There have been a number of people to pass away at my mom's job throughout the years and of course I would hear about it. But I've never been so touched by a person I've never met other than Mr. Lowell. His beautiful and vibrant spirit will definitely live on... I hope he knew how loved he was when he was here. I only wished I would've been able to meet him in person to let him know how much I appreciated him being a true work friend to my Mom. She misses him deeply...
Spending quality time with my Uncle Lowell on Uncle Joe’s boat - reading my chapter books, playing games and being goofy and weird together. Miss and love you Uncle Lowell!
