Loyd Ray Cunningham's Obituary
Loyd Ray Cunningham, 86, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2022.
Loyd was born in Estacado County on September 5, 1936. He graduated from Lubbock High, joined the Army, then returned to Lubbock to attend Texas Tech University.
After graduating he moved to Dallas to work for Ernst and Ernst, then Continental Electronics, a move to Waco to work for SMI, back to Dallas to work for E-Systems and Raytheon.
He is survived by his wife Mary Ann, sons Lance, Craig, and Cory, granddaughters Emma and Kate, brother Larry Cunningham, sisters Nita Haney, Winnie Harkness, and Sylvia Burnett.
The family would like to sincerely thank the nursing staff on the 2nd floor of the main building at
Presbyterian Hospital, Accent Hospice Care and Dr. Gary Weinstein for their wonderful care.
