Loye Fern Carney's Obituary
Loye Fern McNeilly Carney, age 90, passed away on April 23,2023 in Plano, Texas. She was born February 13, 1933 in Tyler, Texas to Thomas Owen McNeilly, Sr. and Ethel Mae Warren McNeilly. She is preceded in death by her husband of over 50 years, John Carney. She is survived by her two sons, John Carney and Rich Carney; other family members, and friends. A graveside service in her honor will be held on Monday, May 1st, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Restland Memorial Park 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
