Lucian Thomas Vail's Obituary
Lucian Thomas Vail was born February 24, 1922 in Lamar County, TX and passed away February 16, 2013 in Dallas, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Melton Vail and Ester Vail; sons, Gary Vail and Tommy Vail; sisters, Ruby Mitchell and Melivee Wright; brothers, Melvin Vail and Bobby Vail. Lucian is survived by his wife, Margie Jo Vail; daughters, Patsy LaFleur and Donna Traurig; sister, Maurice Wilson; brother, Jessie Vail; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who served in the New Guinea Campaign. Funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM, Thursday, February 21, 2013 at Restland’s Wildwood Chapel. Memorials may be made to Novus Health Services, 2591 Dallas Pkwy, Ste. 403, Frisco, TX 75034, who provided hospice care.
