Lucille M. Guy's Obituary
Lucille M. Guy, age 96, died peacefully at home on Thursday, March 13, 2015. She was born September 25, 1918 in Conway, Arkansas to Anton and Clara Worm. She lived in numerous places as the wife of Charles B. Guy, a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, whom preceded her in death. She spent her life as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. Survivors include daughters Diane Custy Moster and husband, Frank of Fort Collins, Colorado, and Janet Anthony and husband, Doug of Oak Cliff. Grandchildren include Stephen Custy and wife, Laura of Northlake, Justin Anthony and wife, Desiree of Argyle, Amanda Custy-Schaas and husband, Johnny of Canyon Lake, and Alex Anthony and fiancé, Amanda Faraone of Brooklyn, New York. She is also survived by great-grandchildren Everett Anthony, Ryker Schaas, Brody Schaas, Kendall Custy and Colton Custy. Lucille is survived by her long-time and loving caretaker, Donald King of Dallas. She was preceded in death by daughter, Kathy Guy. Services for Lucille Guy will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at Saint Monica’s Catholic Church, 9933 Midway Road, Dallas, Texas. Burial will be at Restland Memorial Park, at 3:30 PM. Relatives and friends are welcome at Saint Monica’s Catholic Church for a reception immediately following the funeral service. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75238 at Restland Road.
