Lucky Less Tonroy of Grandview, Texas was born on July 7, 1929 in Leuders, Texas and passed away on July 4, 2020.
Lucky was preceded in death by his father, Leslie Hamilton Tonroy; his mother, Ollie Burson Tonroy; brother, Lucian Punches and son, George Asa Tonroy.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Ann Tonroy of Dallas, TX; son, Lucky Tonroy Jr., of Dallas, TX; daughter, Leslie Ann Block and husband, Mark of Grandview, TX; brother, Craig Tonroy and wife, Polly of Rowlett, TX; granddaughters: Mary Ann Short and husband Dustin of Buda, TX and Leslie Katherine Woodruff and husband, Austin of Fischer, TX and great grandson, Luke Short of Buda, TX.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to your local Meals On Wheels Organization.
During visitation and services the family and facility respectfully asks that everyone wear a mask for Covid-19 protection, maintain social distance of 6 feet, and refrain from handshakes and hugs. Our sincere wish is that this event doesn’t contribute to anyone getting sick during while we honor and celebrate Mr. Tonroy’s life
