She was born on Friday, March 11, 1932, to her loving and thoughtful parents, Joseph Roeder and Filamina Cook Roeder in Minneapolis, Minn. Ms. Lucy Regina Gilbert will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.Visitation for Ms. Lucy Regina Gilbert will be held Saturday, June 22, 2019 at 1:00PM at First United Pentecostal Church.
