Lucy Nell Harris born October 29, 1933 in Copeville, Texas passed away February 24, 2016 in Seagoville, Texas. Preceded in death by her loving husband Jack J. Harris, her late husband Harvey Lane Barrett Jr., her parents James Gradick and Margaret Faye Gradick, her siblings, Margaret, Paula Jean, Charles Bailey, EC Gradick. Survived by her children, Nancy Rushing, Dorothy Theall, Sharri Vasquez, James Harris, and Elizabeth Calverley; grandchildren, Julie, Ashley, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Jordan, Sean, Josh, Jason, Heather, and Janne; along with numerous great grandchildren. Mema was perfect in every way. Her smile, her laugh, her way of always having the right thing to say, her warm hugs, giving heart but most of all her loving spirit. “We love you Mom, Mema, Granny” The visitation for Lucy Harris will be from 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Lucy will be held on Monday, February 29, 2016 at 3:00 PM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
