Ly was born in Cambodia on August 15, 1945 and passed away in Garland, Texas on September 4, 2014. Ly is survived by his wife, Mon Nget; daughter, Samorn Seng; son, Samun Pin; son, Sameth Pin; daughter, Samoeum Pin; son, Saroeum Pin; and 12 grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, 2014 starting at 12:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at 10:00 am at The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
