Mom, I’m going to miss our arguments and silly rampages. I’m going to miss all the phone calls you made, leaving me angry messages. Looking back on all this, although at the time they seemed harmful…they were just memories. Memories that will stay with me forever, and remind me of the aggressive and strong woman you were. Right to the end you were a fighter. You sometimes made people angry with you…but then after a while they would come around and realize whatever you were trying to prove to them was right on point. I am the woman I am today because of the woman you were all your life. I speak my mind, I take control of every situation that comes my way. I am thankful that I inherited that from you. Without all the things we’ve been through, I wouldn’t be who I am, and have the people I have in my life. I consider myself to be a very lucky lady to have spent most of my life enjoying the many lessons I learned by being your first born child. I’m going to really miss you more than words can say. I love you.
