Lynda Gaye Long's Obituary
Mrs. Lynda Gaye Long, age 78, passed away on Saturday, April 16, 2022, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born to Mr. Grover Garland Koonce and Ms. Linne Lee Gilbert on Saturday July 10, 1943, in Dallas, Texas. Lynda leaves her loved ones with unforgettable memories and loving stories. She will be sincerely missed by her loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
Lynda really loved her family, friends and her dog, Yoda. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandson. Lynda enjoyed playing games, working puzzles and being able to help those around her.
She is survived by her Daughter, Susan Collier of Forth Worth, Texas; her Step-Daughter, Laura Long-Edwards and her husband, Greg Edwards of Arlington, Texas; Brother Robert Koonce of Wichita, Kansas; her Sister, Glynda Koonce of Alvarado, Texas; and, her GrandChildren, Chase Patton of Arlington, Texas, Cody, Ashlee, and Dylan Reynolds of Arlington, Texas; her Great-GrandChild, Jaxson Leckbee; and one Niece, Laurie Koonce.
Lynda was preceded in death by her Spouse and Daughter; Roy Long and Sharon Long.
