Lynn D. West's Obituary
Lynn D. West, age 78 of Rockwall, Texas and Ruidoso, NM passed away peacefully on February 28, 2021 due to complications from a stroke suffered in September, 2020. She was born Barbara Lynn Dickey in Nashville, TN to John and Jeannette Dickey and was married to David C. West on June 4, 1962, whom were later divorced.
Lynn was preceded in death by her father, John Wheeler Dickey, her mother Jeannette Barrick Dickey and her first born son, John Bryson West.
She is survived by her sons, Michael D. West and wife Sonja A. West of Rockwall, Texas and Douglas G. West of Dallas, Texas; her grandson K. David West of Rowlett; her granddaughter Leigh Ann Moltz, and husband Will Moltz of Red Oak, Texas; plus 2 great grandchildren. Lynn will always be remembered for her love of dogs and the happiness that they brought not only to her but to those that she loved.
Services for Lynn will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at Wildwood Chapel. Burial to follow at Restland Memorial Park.
