M. Margaret Allee's Obituary
M. Margaret Benton Allee, long time resident of Mesquite, passed away October 22, 2022. She was born in Dallas, Texas January 13, 1930. Margaret graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1947. She worked in the JCPenney finance division for the majority of her career. Her tenure of employment was 28 years in accounting and she retired in 1995.
Margaret devoted her spare time to Grandview Baptist Church, visiting with family and friends and the Texas Rangers. She enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, and reading. She is survived by her children Lisa and Curt Conner, Beth and Todd Nelson, grandchildren Kevin and Whitney Nelson, Amy and Josh Ake, along with great-grandchildren Scotlyn and Shyloh Ake, Ryndee and Ridge Nelson, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Henry and Mary Benton and sister Dora Ann Baldwin.
