M. Jewel Chisolm, born July 4th , 1913 in Pine Bluff, AR and passed away April 26, 2012 in Dallas, TX. She lived at Golden Acres Nursing Home for 9 years, was a member of 1st Assembly of God Church in Dallas, and was a LVN at St. Paul Hospital of Dallas for many years. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard Thomas Chisolm; her parents, Matthew and Mary Susie Porter; 4 brothers, Edgar, Neal, Richmond, and Watson Porter; 1sister, Jessie Lee Cummings. She is survived by her sister, Wilma Green of Dallas, TX; sister-in-law, Collen Porter of Tyler, TX; 8 nephews, Robert, Jimmy and Albert Porter of El Paso, TX, Duncan and Tolbert Porter of Hensley, AR, James Cummings of Mesquite, TX, Paul Porter of Tyler, TX, and Bill Green of Dallas, TX; 5 nieces, Liz Cambell of Hensley, AR, Jenny Laningham of Tyler, TX, Janis Wren, Prescott, AR, Catherine Worrell of Rowlett, TX, and Dr. Cindy Weber of Dallas, TX. Visitation will be held from 4:00-6:00PM on Sunday, April 29, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 12:30PM on Monday, April 30, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel with Reverend Sean Worrell officiating.
