M. B. Parks' Obituary
M. B. Parks was a graduate of Texas A&I in Kingsville, Texas with a gas engineering degree. Over the next 50 years with his expertise in this field,he traveled the world. He had many accomplishments throughout his career but the most important part of his life was his faith and family. He is survived by his dearest treasure, Pam, who was by his side for 42 years. He was a wonderful father to son Mark Parks (deceased), daughter Debbie Higgins and her husband Danny, son Paul Parks, daughter Lisa Lee and her husband Norman, son Jason Parks and wife Christine. He delighted in his six grandchildren Ryan Higgins, Brittany Parks, Macy Joy Parks, Ella Lee, Sophia Lee, and Parks Lee. In addition, his true joy was his great-grandchildren, Charlie Ryder, Carter Higgins, Eli Higgins and Tate Higgins. M. B. is also survived by his sister Corynne Parks of Seguin, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. M. B.’s persona and greatness will always be remembered and dearly missed. The family wishes to thank Dr. Michael Auvenshine and his staff for their utmost car for M. B. Also, his caregivers, Henri Thornton and Suzanne Taylor Nall.M. B. also leaves numerous dear and close friends too numerous to mentionM. B. will be laid to rest in the Court of Serenity at Restland Cemetery.In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Fisher House Foundation, an organization for housing of military families while a loved one is receiving treatment.
