Born August 18, 1918 in Red Oak, TX and passed away February 12, 2012 in Katy, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband Newton O. Rogers, parents and brothers. She is survived by son, Billy Rogers; daughter, Sherrie Bender; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 from 2-3pm at Restland Abbey Chapel with services to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
