Mable Williams' Obituary
Mable Kathryn "Kathy" Eggleston Williams, A loving mother, aunt, sister and friend, departed this world May 12, 2025.
Kathy or "Totty", as she was known to family and friends, was born March 21, 1933, to Mable Bell and John Waller Eggleston. She was the youngest of five children raised in Fort Worth Texas during the Great Depression. She graduated from Pascal High School in Fort Worth.
She married William Williams SR. in 1960. They had two sons William "Bill" Williams Jr, And Kirk Alan Williams. They divorced in the late sixties.
After being a single mom for many years, she met Lemuel Rayburn "Ray" Williams, and they were married in the spring of 1977. They were happily married until Ray's death in 2007
Kathy worked for many years at Texas Instruments. She was proud of the work she did there.
Kathy was preceded in death by her parents John Walter Eggleston and Mable Bell Eggleston, Her siblings Jim Eggleston Ernie Eggleston, Billie Jean Tindle, John "Buddy" Eggleston. Her husband Ray Williams and her son Kirk Williams
She is survived by her son Bill Williams and his wife Christy, grandsons Cole Cunningham, Hunter Williams and Noah Williams.
Graveside memorial service will be 12:00 noon on Friday, August 29th at Restland Memorial Cemetery in Dallas, Military Veterans Area, grave site of Lemuel Rayburn Williams, located directly across the street from Restland main campus.
