Madeline Naomi Phelps, age 96, of Dallas, Texas passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 of natural causes. She was born on August 17, 1923 to loving and thoughtful parents, Louis W. Phelps and Naomi Isaac Phelps. Madeline was a bookkeeper with Swift Meat Packing Company. She is survived by her brother, Gerald Phelps and wife Carra; and nephew, Bennett Phelps.
