Madeline Vaughan's Obituary
Vaughan, Madeline was born on February 27, 1924 in Tolar, Texas and passed away October 1, 2010 in Mesquite, Texas. Preceded in death by: husband, Cecil Vaughan, mother, Dona Elliott, father, Lester Elliott, brothers, Hershel Elliott and Marvin Elliott. Survived by: Sisters, Lucille Allen of Royce City, Texas and Iris McIlroy of Granbury, Texas, 9 nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Family will receive friends on Monday, October 4, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel. In Lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society. Madeline retired after 60 years of service at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas at the young age of 80 years. She enjoyed her friends and family and will be greatly missed by all.
