SMITH, MADISON LEIGH Born February 17, 2012 and passed away February 17, 2012 in Irving, TX. She is survived by her parents, Chase and Tosha Smith; sister, Le Ann, Renee Smith; grandparents, JD and Beverly Smith and Henry and Haley Cerda; aunts and uncles, Chelsea and Matt James, Andrea and Isaac Wilson and Strider and Val Cerda; great grandparents, William and Lenes Wise, Mary Seate and Marie Worden and many extended family. Graveside service will be held at 1:00PM, Saturday, February 25, 2012 at Simpsonville Cemetery in Simpsonville, TX.
