Mae F. Garrett's Obituary
GARRETT, MAE (FREE) Passed away peacefully on May 3, 2010 in Plano, TX. She will be remembered as a quiet, independent woman and long time resident of Duncanville, TX. She was born in Everett, Washington on April 6 to Vern C. Free and Cora Collins Free. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harrell B. Garrett. Mae is survived by daughter, Nancy G. Smith and husband, Neal of Plano, TX; son, Patrick D. Garrett and wife, Carol of Austin, TX; grandchildren: Dave T. Smith, Lori W. Morgan, Aimee G. Friend and John P. Garrett; 4 great grandchildren: Olivia and Chloe Friend and Holly and Benjamin Garrett. Services will be held to honor Mae at 3:00PM, Friday, May 7, 2010 at Restland Wildwood Chapel with the interment immediately following at Restland Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association of Greater Dallas, 4144 N. Central Expressway Ste. 750, Dallas, TX 75204.
