Mae Putnam Kahn's Obituary
Born December 13, 1916 in Dallas, Texas; passed away April 14, 2009 in Irving, Texas. Mae is a graduate of Dallas High School, and a member of Community Bible Church; she spent her time as a homemaker, devoted to her family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Orilla Putnam; husband, Ellis Kahn; sisters, Maryl Grant, Alga Mills, and Evelyn Elliott; as wel as her brothers, Henry J. Putman, Jr. and Paul Thomas Putnam. Mae is survived by her son, Fred Kahn and wife Valerie; grandchildren, Robert Kerns, Amber Kerns and Brandon Kerns; and niece, Ester Milner. A service will be held for Mae at 12:30 pm, Thursday, April 16, 2009 in Restland’s Wildwood Chapel with interment to follow in Restland Memorial Park, Colonial Garden.
