Magdalene J Steller's Obituary
Born January 21, 1923, in Albany, Minnesota, the third oldest of ten children to John and Anna Loehlein. Married her beloved husband, Warren Steller in April of 1945 and together they had four children; Chris, Kathie, David, and Lynn. The family moved from Minneapolis to Farmers Branch in 1963 and lived in the same home for 55 years. Magdalene or Maggie, as she was called, was Miss Honeywell of 1941 and worked for many years at Dayton’s Department Store in Minneapolis. In Farmers Branch, Maggie was a Swimming Instructor, a volunteer in the community and an inspiration to all to exercise and stay fit no matter what your age.She is survived by her 4 children; daughter in laws Martha Steller and Ana Steller, all from Dallas; sisters, Ositha Rupert, Eleanor Holsister, and Luella Dols, all from Minnesota; sister in law, Elaine Howe from Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Jon, Anthony, Chana, Michael, Jennifer and Lynn; 21 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. She will be lovingly remembered as a friend, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.
