My thoughts and prayers are with you, Mary and Brian.
I remember Marcus in the 6th grade. He loved life. This is very sad to me. I remember both brothers sitting with their Grandparents at FUMC. My love and prayers are with you!
Just to let the Madden family know that you are in our prayers. Let your memories and your faith guide you at this difficult time. If there's anything we can do for you, please let us know. Kelly & Jack Fairall & Frank Price
Hello, I'm so sorry to hear about your sad loss. I work w/ a group of volunteers in a non profit organization who spread comfort to those who have lost loved ones in death. We feel this is an important community service. We try to point people forward to the positive hope promised in the Bible when death will be no more, mentioned at Revelation 21:4: "And God will wipe out every tear from mankind's eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning, nor outcry nor pain be any more. Those former things will pass away". Until that time, we are comforted knowing that we will see our loved ones again because our loving Creator promises to resurrect them from the dead: "The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life" (John 5:28,29). We have a wonderful pamphlet that I think would help you cope with your loss called "When Someone You Love Dies". It's completely FREE and at no obligation. As part of our volunteer community work, we offer this brochure as a FREE GIFT. It has helped millions of families all around the world cope with their loss, including myself. Please send your request by email to receive this helpful brochure at no charge: FindBibleAnswers@gmail.com . Include your mailing address and the number of copies you would like to receive. We will send them out right away. Thank you, and remember that God sees our suffering and deeply cares. In fact, he "revives the heart of the one being crushed" (Isa. 57:15) and is near to us during times of grief and distress. We can pour out our hearts to Him in prayer and feel confident that He will hear us and give us comfort and peace: "In everything by prayer and supplication let your petitions be made known to God, and the peace of God that excels all thought will guard your hearts and your mental powers by means of Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6,7). Amy Williams Volunteer Bible Instructor FindBibleAnswers@Gmail.com
