Marcy V. Curtis' Obituary
Curtis, Marcy V. Born Sept. 24, 1920 in St. Louis, Mo., passed away May 26, 2010. Marcy was preceded in death by her loving husband of 45 yrs, Ted M. Curtis. Affectionately called “Muh” (short for Mother), she is survived by her daughters, Teresa (Terry) Swint and husband Curtis of Garland, and Marcy Valerie Cawley, and husband Michael of Warren, PA. Marcy met Ted while attending Journalism school at the Univ. of Mo. in Columbia. She also attended Northwestern Univ. After her marriage to Ted, they transferred to Dallas where she continued her career in Advertising as an Admin. Asst. She had a love of the arts, animals, was an avid reader and enjoyed watching tennis, golf & football. We were blessed with her wonderful sense of humor and keen wit. Marcy was a member of St. Rita Parish for 49 yrs.
