Margaret Marie Buchan's Obituary
BUCHAN, MARGARET Age 92, died peacefully at Medical City Hospital on January 3rd, 2007. She was born Nov. 15, 1914, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She married John R. Buchan in 1944 and moved to Dallas in 1946. John R. Buchan preceded her death on Nov. 4th 1966. She retired as a very dedicated employee of The Hilton Hotel gift shop near SMU, where she made many long lasting friendships and endeared many travelers with her witty personality. The Dallas Cowboys and politics were a main course for her appetite. She was a very devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her sons, John Buchan of Houston and James Buchan of Kansas City, her daughter Lisa Buchan of Dallas, and her two grandchildren John And Marisa Sinayi and her dear friend Kitty Cochiss.
