I happened across this obit tonight just looking for my friend. I am so sorry to hear she passed away. Edwina and I were friends at Texas Tech and later in Houston. We played many a bridge game together and she gave a baby shower for my first child. I called her about 2000 and caught up but never spoke to her again. We retired back in Texas in 2009 and I really meant to contact her again. Now I can’t but I can be grateful for knowing her and for the fact she is no longer in pain.
