Margaret Josephine Oravec's Obituary
ORAVEC, MARGARET JOSEPHINE 98, born Margaret Drusbacky on April 8, 1915 in Port Clinton, Ohio and passed away May 28, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, John Oravec. Also, preceding her in death was their youngest son, Timothy Oravec; her parents, George and Mary Drusbacky; her sisters, Ann Bolte, Mary Rounds and Agnes Schiewe; her brothers, John, Joseph, George, and Michael Drusbacky as well as many nephews and nieces and other family members. She is survived by her daughter, Stephanie Leamy and husband, David; daughter, Rebecca Lopez and John Lopez; daughter, Deborah Picchioni and husband, Tony and son, John Oravec and wife, Deborah. She also leaves her three grandchildren and four great- grandchildren all whom she loved dearly: granddaughter, Andrea Ngov and Amphon Ngov; great- grandchildren, Andrew, Alec and Paul; grandsons, David Leamy, Jr. and CPT. Christopher Leamy, wife, Chrissy and great-granddaughter, Skye. The family wishes to extend their love and eternal gratitude to Patricia (Patty) Gambi and her family members, who provided excellent care and companionship to their Mom and Grandma for the last several years. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 3, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
