Margaret Ann Taylor's Obituary
Former Richardson, Texas resident Margaret Ann Taylor, 96, died Dec. 20, 2024, at her son’s home in Sachse, Texas, of natural causes.
A graveside service will be held Sunday, December 29, 2024, in the Love Garden of Restland Cemetery.
Mrs. Taylor was born November 25, 1928, in Roxton, Texas, to Homer and Mabel Chancellor. She had one older sister, Frances.
Margaret attended North Dallas High School and worked for Sears Roebuck, Inc. She met her husband, John R. Taylor, while shopping in a Safeway Grocery Store. They married January 11, 1947. After which they were blessed with four children. She was a faithful wife and mother for her whole life. She was a member of Richardson Heights Baptist Church and volunteered for Richardson Medical Center on Monday’s for over 30 years.
Margaret is survived by her 4 children Linda Rich and her husband Randy of Argyle, TX, Richard Taylor and his wife Morgan of Sachse, TX, Brenda Yoder and her husband Garry of Dallas, TX, and Karen Whisnand and her husband Brian of Whitewright, TX. Grandchildren are Brian Rich, Bradley Rich, Cooper Taylor and his wife Katy, Larsen Taylor, Colton Yoder, and Cyle Yoder; and one great grandchild, Deacon Taylor.
