Margie Lee Burrows, 86, of Irving, TX. Died February 15, 2021 in Irving, TX. of natural causes. She was born October 12th 1934, to Cecil Loyd Phillips and Frances Jimmie Schafer in Dallas, TX. She married Carl L. Burrows in 1973 in Irving, Texas. She worked all of her life in the business world and in the administrative medical world. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Frances, Ph.D., Garland, TX. and Teresa Alvarez, Round Rock, TX. Her Brother, Bobby Phillips of Kempner, TX. And her Step Sisters, Joyce Gibson and Juanita Sitzler of Mesquite, TX. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Margie’s life centered on her children and church family for whom she cared deeply. She loved her children, grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl L. Burrows. She loved her church and all her friends. Margie also loved animals of all kinds. She cared deeply for everyone, prayed for them, and gave freely of her love, her time, and her resources. She was our strong and loving support.
