Maria L. Francis of Talavera, Apurimac Peru. Was born February 11, 1938. She was born to Aurelio Carrasco Rivera and Victoria Alarcon Enciso. Maris passed away on May 08, 2026. She is preceded in death by Cirila Carrasco Quinones, Lucho Quinones, Zenobia Carrasco, Auielio Carrasco, Victoria Alarcon and Emperatriz Alcarraz Alarcon. Maria is survived by Marie E. Alarcon, Marina Carrasco, Zenaida Carrasco Alarcon vda de Tovar and Zozimo Carrasco Alarcon.
She was a devoted sister, mother, and friend whose love and kindness touched everyone who knew her. An avid gardener, talented cook, and home repair enthusiast, she found joy in creating beauty and warmth both inside and outside her home. More than anything, she loved helping others, and through her generosity and compassion she became a true pillar of the community.
She cherished spending time with her family, traveling, and sharing the flowers she lovingly grew in her garden. Fluent in three languages, she connected easily with people from all walks of life and made everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her faith was at the center of her life, and she held a deep devotion to God and to the Blessed Virgin Mary, His mother.
She will be remembered for her contagious spirit, straightforward nature, unwavering strength, and her loving and caring heart. Her kindness, wisdom, and generosity will continue to live on in the lives of all those she touched.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the blessing of knowing her.
