My family and I offer our deepest condolences to Maria's family.
Maria lived in our neighborhood in Plano and we met her around 25 years ago when she was out on her daily walk. We chatted about her field of nutrition and then eventually about her volunteer work with the Prison Ministry at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. We lost touch when she moved away.
Maria was a remarkable woman. May her good soul rest in peace.
