Marie W. Rotondi's Obituary
Rotondi, Marie age 92, of Dallas, Texas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, 2014. She was born on October 23, 1921 in Catskill, New York to her parents, Lamont and Margaret Wolven. Marie married Dominic Rotondi in Bronx, NY on March 14, 1943. Marie retired from U.T. Southwest Medical School where she worked for many years as a Secretary in the Biochemistry Dept. Marie was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church and volunteered at Presby-terian Hospital. Marie was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic, a brother, George and sister, Margaret. She leaves her son, Don Rotondi, Jr. and wife Barbara, of Dallas, TX. She is also survived by a niece, nephew and families in New York. Friends are invited to a visitation for Marie at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, August 7, 2014. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 8 at 9:30 AM at Restland Abbey chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to www.alz.org.
