Marilyn David Castleberry's Obituary
Marilyn David Castleberry was born on July 11,1941 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Raymond and Ruby David. Marilyn was a beloved only child. On June 5, 1959, Marilyn graduated from Griffin (GA) High School and married her high school sweetheart two days later. Marilyn and Jerry remained married until his death in 2019. Marilyn was involved in Jerry's ministries throughout his life-long service as a Southern Baptist minister.
Marilyn was a successful and energetic realtor and mortgage broker until her retirement in 2019. She was an active member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce until her retirement.
Marilyn passed away on January 16, 2024 due to complications from dementia. She is survived by her two daughters, Pam and Dee; one son, James; and seven grandchildren.
