Marilyn Kristine (Slack) Stone was born on August 18, 1930 to Garland and Lucille Slack, and was married to Vern E. Stone in Dallas, Texas. She is mother of three, James (Jim) A. Stone, William (Bill) V. Stone; and Kathleen (Kathy) L. (Stone) Masterson, and has many, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.Marilyn, a member of Shiloh Terrace Baptist Church in Dallas, closed her eyes to this life and opened them to see her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, November 29, 2018.Visitation will be on Sunday, December 2, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place on Monday, December 3, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Graveside service will follow in Restland Cemetery.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243.
