Born October 30, 1932 in Bronaugh, MO and passed away September 10, 2008 in Plano, TX. A loving, kind and generous husband, father and grandfather who is survived by his wife, Donna Alkire; daughters Ronda Sneddon, Sheri Wood and husband, Nathan, Linda Willis and husband, Jeff; son, Rodney Hughes; brother, Roger Alkire; 8 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. Marion was a veteran of the US Army and a mason. Marion worked for Sun Oil in Tulsa, OK and Dallas, TX for over 30 years and 10 years for Richardson Chamber of Commerce.
