Marion V. Boutell's Obituary
Marion Virginia DeLoose Boutell, age 96, died peacefully March 22, 2020 in Allen, Texas. Marion was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 19, 1923 to John and Aleda DeLoose.
Marion married Charles Raymond Boutell on December 1, 1941. Charlie passed away in Richardson on August 1, 2011 after 69 years of marriage.
Marion and Charlie are survived by two sons, Thomas C. Boutell and wife Jacque of Muleshoe, Texas and James J. Boutell and wife Dianne of Allen, Texas.
Marion and Charlie are also survived by their three grandchildren, Jennifer, Leslie and John and four great-grandchildren, Preston, Harrison, Jeanette and Ren; nieces and nephews Laura, Kathy, Lisa and Bob, children of Charlie's sister Lillian Mitchell of Michigan; Larry and Dennis, children of Marion's brother John (deceased) and wife Lorraine DeLoose of Florida.
Marion and Charlie moved to Texas in 1983 to be near their family and became very involved in their church, St. Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson where they made many cherished friends. After Charlie passed away in 2011, Marion moved to Parkview Retirement Community in Allen.
Interment will be in the Columbarium of St. Joseph Catholic Church at a future date. Memorials may be made to Spina Bifida Association of North Texas 801 Avenue H East, Suite 101, Arlington, Texas 76011.
