Marion V Dillon's Obituary
Dillon, Marion V. (a.k.a. Cowboy Mom) of Garland, Texas was called to her internal home on January 6, 2014. She was born Marion Caccio on August 18, 1926 in Hartford, Connecticut to Rosario and Christina Caccio. She was preceded in death by her husband, Garland R. Dillon in July of 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Ann Dillon of Waxahachie Texas; her son, David Wayne Dillon, and wife Sandee of San Marcos, Texas; grandchildren Katherine Somerville, Rodney Somerville, Matthew Dillon, Michael Dillon and Jonathan Dillon; and 4 great-grandchildren. She worked most of her life and retired from Texas Instruments in Dallas Texas. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Garland, Texas. She was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and in 1999, she was inducted into the Professional Football’s Ultimate Fan Association (PFUFA) in Canton, Ohio. Memorial Services will be held at the Wildwood Chapel, Restland in Dallas, Texas at 10:00 AM on January 25, 2014.
